The classic warranty covers 2 years from the date of your invoice. The warranty covers your device during normal use. Any other alteration that does not originate from normal use is not covered. Example of other alterations : crushing the device, breaking the device by spreading the branches in an exaggerated manner, breaking the audio plug, dropping the device in water, etc.

Want to have an insurance in addition to the warranty?

In this case, the “all-risk” insurance is available for one or for two years. Upon receipt of your damaged device, you will receive a new one (excluding postage). Please note that this insurance does not cover theft. In order to benefit from the "breakage and damage" insurance, you will have to return your damaged device to the manufacturer at the address indicated on the website www.psio.com. This insurance can only be purchased when your device is purchased. If you have already purchased your device, you still have 10 days to make that decision. After this date, you will no longer be able to insure your device. During the insured period, you are entitled to only one replacement.
