1. Scope
The terms and conditions apply to all sales by PSiO USA Inc. Any order implies unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Products
The descriptions are for information purposes only. Minor differences may exist; only the product delivered is binding.
3. Orders and payment
Orders are placed via a secure system (Stripe). Payment can be made by card, PayPal, Affirm, cash, or bank transfer. Invoices serve as proof of purchase.
4. Prices and taxes
Prices are quoted in US dollars (USD). Local taxes are applied based on the customer's location. Products are sold inclusive of taxes.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are not guaranteed. PSiO TECH is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or force majeure. Downloads are sent after payment.
6. Transfer of risk and ownership
The risk is transferred to the customer upon shipment. Ownership is transferred only after full payment.
7. Payment
Advance payment is required. Delays will result in interest (12% per annum) and administrative fees. PSiO may suspend deliveries in the event of non-payment.
8. Withdrawal & refunds
The customer has a cancellation period of 14 days, subject to certain conditions. Digital downloads cannot be canceled or refunded after activation.
9. Force majeure
PSiO TECH is not liable for unforeseen events beyond its control.
10. Applicable law & jurisdiction
Disputes shall be governed by the laws of Oregon and the jurisdiction of Clackamas County, Oregon, USA.
11. Health notice
PSiO products are relaxation tools and are not medical devices. People with medical conditions (epilepsy, heart or neurological disorders) should consult a doctor before use. PSiO USA is not liable.
