CONCLUSION OF THE SALE
All orders are binding on the purchaser. Brochures and leaflets provided to the customer are for information purposes only and are not binding on the seller. Delivery times given by the supplier are for information purposes only, and no delay in delivery shall give rise to damages or cancellation of the order.

APPROVAL AND RECEIPT OF GOODS
Goods are transported at the buyer's expense and risk. Where applicable, the buyer may only assert their rights against the carrier. Goods are presumed to comply with the order and to be free from defects upon signature of the delivery note or upon receipt. Under penalty of forfeiture, any protest or complaint must be brought to the supplier's attention within eight days of the invoice or delivery date. No return of goods of any kind will be accepted without the supplier's special prior written consent. Under no circumstances will the return of goods suspend the supplier's right to payment of sums due. For glasses and accessories, in the event of a dispute over the product received, the customer shall return the product at their own expense and, upon receipt, the company shall send a new device at its own expense. This is not a distance sale but a purchase after a full 30-minute demonstration to the buyer. While withdrawal is permitted for eyeglasses, in the case of the chair, given the shipping and return costs, if the product has been delivered and is fully functional, withdrawal is not possible because the business model is based on demonstration. The goods are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for two years from the date of delivery and only for equipment manufactured by the supplier, with the exception of all other parts. This warranty is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the item deemed defective by the supplier. The buyer will forfeit this warranty if the equipment has been modified or repaired by the buyer themselves or by a third party. If the product is intended for intensive professional use, the warranty is valid for one year. For professionals who use our products intensively, such as hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, etc., two-year comprehensive insurance is mandatory (PSiO glasses and/or headset). For individuals, the two-year comprehensive insurance is optional. Comprehensive insurance is a fully comprehensive insurance policy that supplements the warranty and only covers malfunctions that may occur within two years. The customer has ten business days to return their purchase and receive a full refund. If you have purchased a pair of white glasses and would like to keep them in new condition for several years, we suggest wrapping them in clear plastic food wrap.

PRO CERTIFICATION
Customers who use the PSIO device for professional purposes must purchase the professional packages and be certified by the company. There is a registration for the professional use license, a billing license, and an accreditation based on the syllabus content. An interview with a company representative allows the PSiO device to be integrated into the professional's practice. There is a “personal injury” insurance policy covering the professional. A diploma and a digital logo for the Internet are issued upon approval. Approved therapists are included in the geographical database of certified professionals.

PENALTY CLAUSE
In the event of late payment, the seller reserves the right, without legal notice, to suspend its services, whether they derive from this contract or from previous or subsequent contracts, and to resume them, unless otherwise specified, once payment has been made. In the event of late payment, interest of 1% per month shall be automatically payable, without formal notice, from the due date, calculated on the entire amount of the debt that has become due. In addition, an amount equal to 12% of the debt that has become due shall be payable, automatically and without formal notice, as a fixed and irreducible indemnity.

ENFORCEABILITY OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
These general terms and conditions of sale are deemed to be known to the buyer: if no response is received within eight days of first reading them, they shall be enforceable against the buyer, including for all subsequent agreements.

JURISDICTION
For all disputes relating to these invoices or contracts, jurisdiction is assigned to the Courts of Brussels or the Justice of the Peace of Brussels. However, the seller has the right to bring the dispute before the Court of the debtor's place of residence.
